Guru Nanak Academy is recognized by Aeroflies Learning Private Limited (U80902UP2022PTC163103).

1. The primary objective of the courses offered by the Academy is educational enrichment, knowledge enhancement, and professional development. While job assistance may be extended to students meeting the eligibility criteria based on their strong basic qualifications, it is important to note that completion of the courses does not guarantee employment or placement.
2. The Academy acknowledges that possessing strong basic qualifications may enhance a student's prospects in the job market, and therefore, completion of our courses may provide additional weightage to their credentials. However, it is imperative to understand that such additional weightage does not equate to a guaranteed job offer or assured placement.
3. Students should approach job assistance services provided by the Academy with realistic expectations, understanding that securing employment ultimately depends on various factors beyond the Academy's control, including market conditions, individual skills, and employer requirements.
4. The Academy's primary focus remains on providing quality education and professional development opportunities.
5. FOR DISTANT LEARNING COURSE: The Academy recognizes that having strong foundational qualifications can improve a student's competitiveness in the job market. As a result, completing our courses may add extra value to their credentials. However, certificates for distance courses will be provided at a later date compared to regular courses.
6. Acceptance of Terms
   By enrolling in any diploma program offered by Guru Nanak Academy, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Guru Nanak Academy.
7. Fee Payment
   1. Payment Obligation: All tuition and fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes.
   2. Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or late fees. Guru Nanak Academy reserves the right to take legal action to recover outstanding debts.
8. Non-Refundable Fees
   1. Fees Policy: All fees paid to Guru Nanak Academy are non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Job Assistance
   1. Placement Services: Guru Nanak Academy offers job assistance to its students through its placement cell.
   2. No Job Guarantee: While Guru Nanak Academy provides extensive job assistance, it does not guarantee job placement. Job placement is contingent upon the merit, skills, and performance of the student during and after completing the program.
   3. Responsibility: Guru Nanak Academy assists students with job search strategies, resume building, interview preparation, and connecting with potential employers. However, securing employment ultimately depends on the student's efforts and the prevailing job market conditions.
   4 No Liability: Guru Nanak Academy, including its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by a student arising from the inability to secure employment, whether directly or indirectly related to the services provided by the Academy.
